# External Branding

Make your exported reports and public forms look professional with your own branding. This is especially useful when sharing documentation with auditors or stakeholders.

Your logo and brand colour appear on PDF reports and public forms (e.g. complaints).

***

## Upload Your Logo

Go to [**Settings > External Branding**](https://app.rtosafe.com.au/Settings/Branding).

Upload your organisation's logo. For best results:

* Use a **PNG with transparent background**
* Aim for around **400px wide** and **80-100px tall**
* Max file size: 2 MB

Your logo will appear on:

* PDF report cover pages (e.g. Trainer Matrix)
* PDF report footers
* The public complaints form

## Set Your Brand Colour

Choose a colour that matches your organisation's branding. This is used as the accent colour throughout your PDF reports.

Use the colour picker or enter a hex code (e.g. `#2a8c76`).

If you don't set a brand colour, reports will use the default RTOSafe green.

## What Happens Next

Any PDF reports you export will immediately use your new branding. The public complaints form will also show your logo straight away.

You can update or remove your logo and brand colour at any time.
