# Copy Activity to Staff
When you add a specific activity that multiple staff members need to complete, you can copy it to their plans in one step. This is useful when a whole department or all staff need to complete mandatory training.

## Copying an Activity

Open the PD plan containing the activity

Find the specific activity and select the menu (three dots)

Select **Copy To**

Tick the staff members who need this activity — you can select entire departments at once

Select **Copy**
If a staff member doesn't have a PD plan for the current year yet, one is created automatically.
Copy is only available for specific activities, not annual targets. For annual targets, use templates instead.
