RTOSafe helps your RTO stay compliant. As a staff member, you'll use it to log your professional development, agree to policies, and keep your credentials up to date.
Your admin manages the system — you just need to keep your own records current.

## First Time Login
You can only access RTOSafe after an admin at your RTO has added you and sent you a welcome email.

Open the welcome email from RTOSafe and click **Set Your Password**

Create a password and save it

You'll be taken to the login page — sign in with your email and new password
Some RTOs use Google or Microsoft sign-in instead. If yours does, the email will have a **Login to RTOSafe** button and you'll sign in with your work account.
