# Enable or Disable Standards

Your RTO can have access to multiple standard sets (e.g., Standards for RTOs 2025, Skills SA Standards). Use this setting to control which ones appear in your Standards section.

***

## When to Use This

* When you first set up RTOSafe and need to activate your standard set
* If you need to add a new standard set (e.g., state-specific requirements)
* To hide a standard set you no longer need

## What Happens When You Disable a Standard Set

* The standard set disappears from your Standards section
* Any scheduled review tasks for that standard are archived
* Your review history and linked evidence are preserved — they'll come back if you re-enable it
